Winter is the season that has very little seasonal foods and the body temperature and weather temperature are both low.
To survive the winter the body has an increase in appetite to cause you to eat more to bring up the body temperature... but then there is a danger of me drinking and eating too much (;
And now, I started again to do the workout with the video by Tracy, but it's not as effective as when I did it in the summer (;
I thought that winter would be the easiest season to lose weight because of the high metabolism generated...
Therefore, I decided to also be careful of the food I eat in addition to exercise.

Today's dinner is...
On top of fiber-rich brown rice and YONE GEN (10 different grains of rice) I put paprika, pepper, onion, tomato, spinach, and tofu that were lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and fried. In another bowl, minced sardine soup. Sardines are also rich in calcium ♪
This is a very healthy meal, but it fills my stomach, so I highly recommend this meal!
