My daily breakfast is like this..

玄米と十穀米の上に8種類の野菜ミックスがのっかってるどんぶりに
野菜のお味噌汁、もずく、納豆、スクランブルエッグ、鮭、ヨーグルト、
フルーツにお水といった感じで栄養バランスがいい朝食となっております♪
A bowl of brown rice and YONE GEN (ten grains of rice) mixed together topped with eight different kinds of vegetables, another bowl of vegetables, a bowl of miso soup, some Mozuku, natto, scrambled eggs, salmon, yogurt,fruit and water. I get a good nutritious breakfast and good balance♪
種類が沢山なのでそれぞれの量が少なくてもぜんぜんお腹がいっぱいになります。
My stomach is full even if each of the different dishes is only a small amount。

サーモンはいいですよ~!

ご飯も茶碗の半分くらいしか食べません。
玄米と十穀米を合わせて炊いたものなのでとてもエルシーで
毎日とらなくてはならない栄養が補っているので
健康にもそして美容にもいいです☆
Just by looking at it you might think "that's a lot for breakfast" but the amount of each dish is small, I only eat half the rice bowl too. The grain rice and Ten YoneGen that is cooked together is also good for your health and beauty, so I can eat it every day without nutritional supplements.
